Seminar Days
Order a cap and gown for graduation
Year One Seminar Class
Year One & Year Three term appointees submit pre-observation class analysis to their dean.
All term appointees administer Evaluation Kit student evaluations.
Deans submit classroom observation reports and observation ratings to V.P. for Human Resources.
Commencement at Miller Auditorium 3 p.m.
Grades are due by noon
Seminar Days
Year Two & Year Four term appointees submit their Teaching Portfolios to VP for Human Resources.
All term appointees submit their Evaluation Kit scores to the VP for Human Resources.
Peer reviewers review Year Two & Year Four Teaching Portfolios and submit ratings to VP for Human Resources.
Year One & Year Three term appointees submit pre-observation class analysis to their dean.
All term appointees submit a self-assessment and improvement initiatives proposal for the upcoming year to their dean.
Year Two, Three & Four term appointees submit evidence of improvement to their dean.
Year Two, Year Three, & Year Four term appointees submit Professional Activity ratings and College Service ratings to VP for Human Resources.
Year Three term appointees submit evidence of the usage of technology to enhance learning to their dean.
Deans submit materials to the VP for Human Resources and Teaching Seminar Class Year 1
Deans review evaluation files and meet with term appointees to discuss recommendations.
Deans submit classroom observation reports and observation ratings to V.P. for Human Resources
Deans submit recommendations to VP for Human Resources.
V. P. for Human Resources reviews recommendations. VP for Human Resources submits recommendations to President. Board of Trustees acts on recommendations. V.P. for Human Resources notifies term appointees of Board of Trustees action. Commencement at Miller Auditorium 3 p.m.
Classes end April 27th. Grades are due Thursday May 1st by noon

Description
MANDATORY Attendance. Sign in to all sessions. You can not use a sick day.
contact Dean's secretary to order one if you don't have one
Take Attendance the first week and a half. You need to prove that the students on financial aid are actively pursuing your course.
You must attend all sessions. Make sure that your turn in all assignments, and if a deadline is not given, turn everything in by early December.
See your mentor if you need help. You may want to use the computer cart to force them to take it during class.
No paperwork needs to be completed, this is only done by the Deans
Be at WMU at 2:30 to change into your cap and gown
You also need to identify where your grades are stored.
